How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the service selected. In-store pickup is available same day for ready items. Local delivery within Lusaka and Monze takes 1-2 business days after production. Nationwide shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?

In-store pickup is free. Local delivery fees range from ZMW 50-100 depending on your location within Lusaka or Monze. Nationwide shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your order and destination, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes, for all shipped orders you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using our website or the courier company's tracking system.

What if I'm not available when delivery is attempted?

Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery twice. If you're not available, they'll leave a notification with instructions for collection. For perishable or time-sensitive items, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Weekend and holiday deliveries may be available for an additional fee in certain areas - please contact us to arrange special delivery times.
